2025/26 cohort

We are delighted to welcome a new cohort of students to the 2025–2026 residential programme. This year, 65 participants from twelve Cambridge Colleges will form the next cohort of the year-long programme at King’s.

The group represents a wide range of academic disciplines, with particularly strong representation from Medicine and the Sciences, alongside students in the Humanities, Social Sciences, Engineering, Architecture, Law, Economics and Mathematics. This breadth of perspectives is central to the collaborative and interdisciplinary spirit of the programme.

The cohort brings together undergraduates, Master’s students and PhD candidates, creating a dynamic mix of experience and academic stages. College representation has also expanded, with students joining from across Cambridge, including King’s and Trinity as the largest groups, alongside peers from Christ’s, Wolfson, Murray Edwards, Lucy Cavendish, Emmanuel, St Catharine’s, Pembroke, St Edmund’s, Queens’ and Corpus Christi.

Students began with an intensive residential training week at the end of September, before the start of the academic year. The programme also includes a series of events and workshops following on throughout the Michaelmas, Lent and Easter terms.

The E-Lab residential programme continues to benefit from the generous support of EFG. Their commitment to entrepreneurial thinking and creativity closely aligns with the programme’s aim to encourage bold ideas, meaningful collaboration and innovative approaches to business and leadership across the year ahead.
