LLMxLaw Lightning Talks Conference
Join us for a fast-paced, no-fluff series of lightning talks on how large language models (LLMs) are reshaping the legal world. Hosted alongside the LLMxLaw Hackathon, this event brings together sharp minds from across law, legal tech, academia, and the public sector to share ideas, challenge assumptions, and drive the conversation forward.
Each speaker delivers a 15–20 minute talk—short, direct, and focused—followed by space for real discussion. Expect a range of perspectives, from cutting-edge tools and ethical implications to shifts in practice and policy. The format is lean and engaging: straight to the point, with room for dialogue.
Open to everyone—you don’t need to be a hacker to join. Just show up if you’re interested in how AI is changing law.
Speakers include:
Law firms: Clifford Chance, Latham & Watkins, White & Case, Linklaters, Simmons and Simmons
(Legal)Tech firms: Luminance, CMS, Clio
Public Sector: Bar Standards Board (Regulating Barristers), Law Society
Research/Academia: CodeX (Stanford Center for Legal Informatics), University of Cambridge, London School of Economics, Oxford University, Stanford Law School (liftlab), Illinois Tech, University of Colorado
