We will be welcoming Brigadier Zachary R Stenning OBE to deliver the first Inspirational Leadership Address: Strategy and Leadership; the power of combination. 

Event was kindly facilitated by our incoming Associate Dr Millicent Stone, who is a respected physician and founder of a health tech company.

This will be an annual event that will provide individuals a chance to learn transferable leadership skills that can serve you well regardless of your field. Whether you are currently leading an organization or thinking about founding a start up this event is for you! 

Brigadier Stenning will discuss leadership lessons gained from a distinguished 27-year career in the British Army which includes Commanding an Infantry Battalion, the British Armys Experimental Brigade & most recently Head Military Strategy within the UK Ministry of Defence during the recent Integrated Review.

He will share insights on topics such as formulating and managing strategy in large organizations, decision-making in fast-changing environments, and how completing an MBA influenced his approach to leadership. As the incoming Commandant of The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, he is now focusing on supporting and engaging the next generation of leaders both on and off the battlefield.
