Workshop: Basics of Law for Entrepreneurs, with Andriy and Katarina Byelka

We are delighted to welcome Andriy Byelka (linkedin), King's EMBA student and dual-qualified lawyer and Katarina Byelka, LLM, FCIArb, dual-qualified lawyer, experienced arbitration practitioner and lecturer.

Together, they will be sharing their combined expertise and insights on basic legal concepts crucial for budding entrepreneurs.

This workshop will cover:

Business Structures: Understand the legal frameworks behind various business models.

Taxation: Get to grips with the tax and reporting obligations that come with running a business.

Dispute Resolutions: Learn about different dispute resolution methods.

The event starts at 6.30PM in the Provost’s Drawing Room at King’s College and is followed by drinks and post-discussion in the bar.
